Not even 12 months after having my backyard decked and I’ve found multiple splits in the composite boards that are getting worse.This isn’t my reason for the 1 star rating.My reason is because this business won’t reply to messages, won’t answer calls, says he’ll come to check it out then never does.I’ve waited 4 months to give you the opportunity to take responsibility and do the right thing by me and your business but you have chosen not to.I hate having to go to this extreme but if it saves someone else from going through this then it is worth it.Extremely saddened and disappointed for being treated this way, shame on you.
