Honestly, this outlet should close down!!Drove through during peak-hour today and thought my last experience here when my fries were different shades of brown and cold, but...... how wrong was I?? Fries were correct colour this time but STILL stone cold!!! As for my large coke, was only 3/4 full and half-filled with ice!!!! In actual, it was a small serve of drink. I guess they know customers driving through can only turn left straight onto the main road therefore won't bother to go back to complain.The only bonus were receiving 10 napkins.... why not when you're saving money and screwing over the drinks and fries.....LIFT YOUR GAME MCDONALD'S GREENACRE..... NEVER AGAIN WILL I RETURN TO GET RIPPED OFF AGAIN!!!!

I would avoid this McDonald’s.ordered 24 nugget pack plus some other food and before we could select sauces the girl jumped to other lane order. No worries I say we can tell them at window.We get to window and as food is given we ask for two mustard and two sweet and sour sauces. Then we are told that they can’t give us that as we already paid for the sweet and sour. I thought the sauce was included. Never had this issue at any other store. The woman was rude and just dissed us.This store has always given me issues and drama from cold soggy fries to cold tasteless fillet of fish.Well learnt my lesson now and will drive out of my way to avoid this particular maccas.

I have just left this store. I think insaw one female and maybe about 3 or for young boys and a male manger. I just want to acknowledge the boys that served me. They were soooooooo polite and well mannered. Made my meal even more enjoyable.Thank you Boys.

I went to the drive thru, expecting a routine monetary transaction in exchange for a coffee. What I got instead was an absolutely phenomenal customer experience from beginning to end. The sublime and delicious beverage was handed to me in unintelligable speed and precision. This, in conjunction with the stupendous, breathtaking customer service, led to a truly life changing experience.I don't have any children, but I know for a fact that the birth of my child will pale in comparison to the sheer magnificence of this experience I believe the woman who served me was Joanne. Give her a raise lads

Don't leave without checking your order, I payed full price for a sausage and egg muffin & no egg or cheese just two buns and some meet and no sauce.I strongly don't recommend this venue

Ordered apple pie with my meal they would of known it was hours old and it was rock hard n cold and they still put it in the bag unexexeptable had to ask for my money back and there 2 automatic ordering machines most of the-time have no paper to print your order who ever owns this store does not give a rats drumgold would not approve!

Dreadful. Cheeseburger was so greasyAll over the bun. Was pretty grubby. The toilets are shared with the petrol station and were absolutely revolting. Sorry to say it is hands down the worst Maccas I’ve been to.

One of the worst McDonald's i have ever been to, the service is remarkably slow and for such a small venue without significant clientele it is mind bogglingly how slow the service is. No apologies or any hint of their snail-like attributes was given.....definitely not a fast food joint" i have had steaks cooked much quicker.Now to the food

To be honest I don't really give feedback to MacDonald coz they usually do great job.However today's visit to this MacDonald is the worst I have ever experienced. The restaurant is EXTREMELY short-staffed, orders keep coming, reception, drive-thru, tap screen and even MacDelivery. Only 6 people work there as far as I can see. The picture is so so horrible.Waited for more than 10 mins for my order with a few incorrect items to be rectified.
