Very disappointing experience. They reduced prices but also their serving sizing and ingredients by a significant amount. The rice rolls had more noodles barely any prawns, grilled chicken and noodles had half the amount of chicken. Another dish was missing an ingredient from the picture. The steak was nice and soft but the fries looked like it was cooked in old oil.

Very poor service, only one waiter was able to speak English. The other 2 didn't speak any.For a menu that also boasts chips, nuggets, schnitzels and stone grill steaks, you would have thought Gia Hoi was trying to appeal yo the broader Australian market, however the service is much much more lacking compared to any other vietnamese restaurants.The menu also has a whole lot of different options which is great for a large picky group, but unfortunately, nothing stands out as exceptionally good.Had to remind waiter multiple times about missed items. The bean sprouts for the pho never came out in the end, however a small discount was offered when we raised this at payment.The 3 colour dessert (che ba mau) was pretty good though. The beef pho was also ok, but the noodles was very pasty

I was excited to try out this new restaurant since the spicy beef noodle was my favourite dish.The food tasted ok. I would recommend improve the photos on menu as the dishes looked a lot better than on menu.Interior decoration and overall mood can be better for a new restaurant. The side dishes and salad came with the noodle soup did not look tidy and well respected.After the meal I felt really sick. I know this feeling when I consume too much MSG. That’s probably why food tastes pretty good.

Really disappointing Banh canh cua here. The oil from the fried prawn was probably old and a plastic taste seeped into the soup. Hardly any crab meat and prices are high. The bun bo hue could have had more flavour in the soup. Not sure I would be returning.

Food and drinks came out slow. Bò kho with no taste. I witnessed the owner yelling at the staff in front of everyone cause she brought food to a wrong table. 20% off but still very pricey for 2 ppl. Wont come back second time.

Took my order, waited half an hour and even kept asking them about it only for them to tell me they don't have my order recorded anywhere. Was talking to other diners there and they also waited a long time for their meals and when they got it, it wasn't worth the wait. If they can't get simple things right... Makes you wonder..

Very good authentic Vietnamese restaurant serving a variety of dishes. I came here for the noodles but other people were ordering sizzling steak that comes out on a hot stone plate where you can cook it to your own preference. Lots of seating and prices are very reasonable.

Tried because they have 20% discount right now for new opening. But when looking at the menu dont feel like they are new?? Anyway, the food is ok. Portion is large as other viet restaurants. Didnt feel super thirty due to msg afterwards too. Cash only though.
