Been coming here for many years. Clean and quiet salon and generally happy with my nails but, as several people observed, customer service is often lacking. The staff tend to be quite rude when the owner is not present. Feels like customers are tolerated rather than welcomed.

Got a pedicure yesterday afternoon. For $60 it wasn't worth it. Nail wasnt prepped correctly, no buffing makes them look uneven and my lines are messy. Salon utensils and basins were not clean. As the lady filled my foot basin up with water i watched a nail and dead skin float to the top. Not going back.

The absolute best of staff- so friendly and welcoming. Amazing service, i adore my nails. i had the best experience and cannot recommend them enough! 10/10 for sure

Quoted a price over the Phone then once in store Demanded a Higher price. Rushed service, with Staff more interested in talking to each other the entire time instead of being focused on doing their job. Never going back, would Not recommend!

Rushed and painful. Really upset over my fresh acrylics were done. Hard to say something when the price was $75. 3 of the acrylic nail tips aren’t fully glue to my natural nail - there is a gap between the acrylic tip and my natural nail. I’m worried that they’re going to fall off quickly. Stop rushing, take your time for $75!

I made an appointment for 10am for a pedicure as I needed to be out of the salon by 11am.I arrived at 10am and proceeded to wait almost 20 mins until they actually started on my nails.They served other people before me despite making an appointment.If you aren’t going to prioritise people who make appointments, don’t offer appointments.The other time I came in to get a refill, I was told they had no spaces and I needed to either wait 2 hours or make an appointment.They did a decent job at a reasonable price but I would not come back.
