I cannot rate Romano's Jewellers high enough. I went in there tonight to ask about Rhodium plating / cleaning for my diamond engagement ring, and both Romano and his wife were so welcoming, and quite honestly some of the nicest people i've met in my time in Brisbane.They are very fair, and offer quality/beautiful products, but most of all - the customer service is there. They aim to please and they really do please. I would recommend them to anyone.A+++++ and 10/10

I had Mario make 5 rings for the girls in my family. Between him and Maria it was a first class experience.The rings were made with some of my gold along with some of my late Mother’s. We all picked the stones we wanted and Maria found exactly what we wanted. The rings were then given as Christmas presents. We are all so happy with the finished products. I can’t speak highly enough about the customer service.If I could give 10 stars ⭐️ I would.

If you’re looking for an exceptional jeweler, I cannot recommend Romano's Jewellers at Stafford City Shopping Centre highly enough.Mario did such an amazing job and Maria and all the girls couldn’t have been kinder, more knowledgeable and so incredibly helpful, and all at a wonderful cost! I had six rings resized, one of them very old, along with an heirloom brooch converted to a pendant so that I can wear all the time.I would tell everyone I know looking for products, service, advice to go to Romano's

I was told to try Romano's after visiting another jeweler in which they weren't sure if they could do what I needed and if they could, I would need to wait for the jewelry to be sent away to get a quote, then wait for repairs, and to repair a small chain was the same. It would be a week or so, if they even could. The workers both said...go to Romano's". So I did. I immediately met the jeweler at the desk
