Terrible service! Would never go back or recommend to anyone!! Rip off!I got one session left with them for hair laser but they forfeited the treatment.Couldn't contact them for days prior to the appointment. Left a voicemail and on the actual day after finally getting through to them, they say it is my fault for cancelling late and my whole package has been cancelled due to breaching their t&c when it is their own fault for not having a working phone number!!Whilst the laser is effective for my treatment areas it was very discomforting and left some scarring on my skin.

I purchased a Groupon voucher for laser hair removal. Easy booking from the get go, with sms/ email reminders of my appointments. And a very warm welcome and professional treatment received at the clinic. Honestly didn't expect such a great service using a voucher. I'm a very happy customer.
