The reception staff made my 6 year old son and I feel so welcome. Melissa our audiologist was so professional and friendly. She made a daunting first visit for Angus into such an easy comfortable experience. I would definitely recommend audio health Cairns.

I had my two hearing aids cleaned and serviced last week. This was done without fuss by friendly and helpful staff. I was even offered tea or coffee while I waited. I have been very happy with the hearing aids I purchased there and the continuing support from Audio Health. I should have known this as the owner of the Audio Health Group (Mrs. Magee) is a fellow Ulsterwoman! Highly recommended.

I am visiting Cairns from New Zealand and had not packed spare wax cups for my hearing aids.Went to Audio Health to ask for help and they were fantastic.They sourced the ones I needed on the internet and had them delivered by overnight courier.Great service ladies. Thank you.

I take my elderly father to audio health in Atherton and they are wonderful. You never ever get the feeling that you are being rushed, even if you have turned up late. When he is struggling to understand there is no eye rolling or the feeling he is being difficult. Thank you for being so caring.
