I dont trust anyone else with my shoe or leather boot repairs. The quality of workmanship, professionalism and value for money is without doubt the best in Brisbane, hands down. Do not waste your time going elsewhere. I was worried about the parking situation at first, but there's plenty nearby.

Wow, what a store! A step back in time to when customers mattered and service was important. I needed some extra holes made in a leather belt. The owner wouldn't take any money from me, even after I insisted. I will definitely be back for all my leather and shoe repairs in the future, and will be recommending this business to my family and friends. A breath of fresh air in a fast-paced world! If I could give six star I would ... service, knowledge, experience and going the extra mile to help sort out sometimes unusual repair requests. Honest in their recommendations and any boot and shoe repairs always come back polished to their best .. Thank you

So if you are in need of a shoe alteration i highly recommend you go to Brandons Shoe Repairs before going anywhere else.This is my recent shoe experienceMy girlfriend bought new shoes for ballroom dancing but found the strap and buckle very annoying (it was like a belt with the centre pin to lock). So we set off to find someone to help.After several hours going to all the key cutting/engraving/shoe repair shops at the malls we didn't find any that even stocked any alternative for the buckle. We then found nothing in spotlight so drove to another haberdashery store and still no luck.By this stage I was getting sick of driving around so started google searching shoe repairs and alterations and the Brandon's shoe repairs was only a 10 minute drive away.I decide to call first. I explained what we wanted to do and the friendly lady said she has several different options but really needs to see the shoes. So we take the shoes down to Brandon's and the lady showed us a few different options. My partner picks out one that was like a hook and was very happy so we book the shoes in for the alteration.2 days later we return to pickup the shoes. My partner tries them on and the new hook makes it so quick and easy for her to take them on and off which was exactly what she wanted.We head to the counter to pay and the lady says $15. I was thinking it would be over $50 atleast.So it's been almost 2 weeks since getting the shoes altered and my partner is dancing 3 nights a week and is really happy with the new buckle.

Wanted to give a huge shout out to these guys for fixing my partner's RM Williams Boots that were beyond needing a repair. They look brand spanking new with extremely good quality soles and heels that will likely give the shoes another 3-4 yrs worth of wear. Great value and relatively quick turn around in just one week!

Re-soled leather bottomed shoes. Immaculate work, very friendly service. Accurate quote and turn around time. Talked me through the work upon collection. Will definitely be back.

Family owned and run for 3 generations they celebrated 90 years in the business. The workmanship is top notch on all repairs I have had done there. I love the engraving that they have done for me over the years. If your looking for shoes bags engraving or key cutting or repairs on many things show and bag related give them a look in.Have they changed? They are now closed on a Monday but the quality of their repairs are still amazing as with all their other services. I would 100% recommend them to anyone.
