Took my BMW in for a wheel alignment, the Payless team was professional and efficient, there was no waiting, they explained the work in detail, the price was fair and the car is now driving as it should. Recommended.

When I rang for a tyre quotation, they told me the price & said they have stock. Few days after, I found the tyre they put on my car is not the same tyre, same brand but $200 cheaper than the one they quoted, cheating! Very disappointed! Be careful! Really didn’t expect this!

That should be fair to push 2 stars in my case.They forgot nuts(road service guy said to me).I had to call road service and wait in cold weather. Got more damage on my car which is very old.I don’t think they forgot nuts because of very old car.My schedule was behind. Ruined my day off.After that, if they could notice when finish properly,I would be in time in my work place.I’m not so fluent and don’t know about car,they tried to follow up for it though, I still felt the service was behind my expectation.They charged before but they did money back.They suggested to fix another problem on my car.However, I can’t put more star so far.Because, if they didn’t forget it but, must be simple.

I forgot that my car was due for rego and needed a pink slip. I rang these guys and they fitted me in straight away, in and out in 20 mins. Super friendly, super efficient and a good price too. Highly recommend

Had a flat tyre while a quick trip to Sydney from central coast .Called them up as they were closest place and they were quick to help replace the tyre friendly and reasonabley priced and while on their lunch break .Can’t thank them enough !

Couldn't recommend them. More expensive than others and always seem to find additional items that need repairing. Can't say they are bad mechanics but definitely pricier and I'm just much more comfortable using another mechanic.
