Absolutely stunning location. Amazing for families lots of games and things to do without even leaving the house

DO NOT STAY HERE.The location is fantastic and the house is nice enough, BUT the management is lacklustre at best. Hostile and rude would be the best way to describe her.As another review states, there was no tea, coffee, salt or pepper in the house.The Media room didn't function as advertised - most of the equipment was unplugged and a locked door prevented any reconnection of devices. No key was supplied for the door.And the Air conditioner didn't work.AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

We stayed here as a group of eleven 18 year old school leavers for 7 days. The location of the house was perfect and we had a great all round trip. However, upon arrival the owner/manager spoke to us as though we were children, acting condescendingly towards us the whole time. We were extremely thorough when taking note of previous damage in the house as we suspected we would be targeted in an attempt to make us lose our bond. Thanks to this we received our full bond back.The house itself was in need of some all round maintenance but there was nothing major that affected our stay. The A/C kept the whole house cool on days that were above 30 degrees. The 5hp boat that was advertised with the house was broken for the first 4 days of our trip. When we reported that it wouldn't start it took 3 days for the groundskeeper of the house to fix it for us.We would stay here again now that the owner knows we are respectable young adults who looked after the house.

Location is nice with a lovely view. Large house comfortably slept 10 adults (5 coupes) and 4 kids. The condition of the house is a little run down, nothing major, just needs a thorough clean and touch up. Not sure how long it had been locked up prior to arriving but it smelt like moth balls, however after opening up the place it was fine. The kitchen and bathrooms are modern and appear to have been recently renovated. The spa was out of order which was one of the major reasons this place was chosen. The bbq would not ignite and a couple of guys had to come out and repair it the following day. I didn't deal with the agent but the people who did said she is rude and condescending (common theme in a few other reviews). We had a lovely time and overall the place was fine after the initial let down.

To say fully hated it would be a lie, the house was nice and the location was excellent. However the owner was hostile toward us and dishonest and for this i did resent lining her pocket with the $1600 for two nights board on top of a dodgy damage claim.If anyone gets stung for the white vase in the living room, we have already forked out for not damaging it.I was there with a group of mates on a boys weekend. We are all respectable blokes (in our mid thirties, all family men with good jobs). She was hostile toward us when we first arrived because she saw an eski of beer in the car. We got lectured about not being permitted to party in any way, shape or form.The dodgy damage claim she took off my mates credit card was the icing on the cake. There are plenty of honest people who let out houses. DO NOT STAY HERE!!!

Amazing view and plenty of activities to do for our four days there. The lake was breathtaking and we hiked down to it almost every day to see the sunset. Only qualm is that some of the equipment is a little broken, such as the billiards cues having no damper, and the hot tub was not heating up either. Other than that, great locale, highly recommend.

We recently stayed here. The location is perfect and we had a great time. Except for the spa not working, no gas for the BBQ, not all hot plates on the stove worked properly, The TV and DVD player only worked once out of the four days we were there, and the response we got was that it was our fault and she is not a television mechanic so it can't be fixed.The downstairs was freezing as there was no air con or fire downstairs. Also there was no tea, coffee and sugar in the pantry like it mentioned, also no salt and pepper and the bathrooms didn't have any hand soap. The service was just rude. DO NOT STAY HERE!

Excellent for large families, great location and spectacular waterfront views games room canoes great small town

Quaint and comfortable and a great place to get away for a few nights
