They are so caring and kind. We had to put our cat to sleep and they were so thoughtful and helped us say goodbye to him which was very difficult for us as he was a huge part of our family.

Took both our dogs Isabella Rose and Tommii too tugan vets for first time ... great experince .... Dr Georgina was brilliant at finding our problem .... she didn't over service and helped in finding a good price for the issue .... I am a retired vet nurse and found Dr Georgia a great vet ... will defiantly be keeping her as our vet for my beautiful dogs

Tugun Veterinary Surgery
Dr Kim and her Practice Manager (husband) Chris carry on the tradition of her father and grandfather. They really care about all their patients. Their other doctors include Dr Fiona and Dr Lauren and their girls (vet nurses) are fabulous. Roy loves Bianca and Baxter loves Georgia and Jo. My boys know that they will get top care and as Royboy and Baxter are my world it is reassuring and comforting to know that their health and well-being is Dr Kim and her staff's top priority. Dr Kim has a heart of Gold.

Staff are confused and distracted. Took 30 minutes to collect medication that was already paid for but charged again. Had to pay because we love our pet. These people spend most of the day nattering in the back room. They ignore the phone which is why you always get the answering machine. I would swear they are all on MDMA.
