We had a beautiful kitchen and flooring installed by sone truely professional trades people. Unfortunately though we experienced the most disgraceful bullying behaviour by the owner who over promised and underdelivered on a simple additional variations communicated very early on we trusted he had everything under control it appears he did not communicate with his subcontractors who could not fulfil the request and this was all turn aggressively on to us. What an unfortunate ending as we were very happy with the work up until then when we saw a very different side to the owner who thinks it is ok to yell, personally attack and be aggressive true to bullying form i am a grandmother on my own and was on crutches good job TJ.Great job if you don’t mind working with Jeckal and Hyde.

Made an appointment, rang to say was running late when he was already supposed to be there and then did not show! Never rang to apologise or say that he wasn't coming. If they're so unreliable about a simple booking, imagine what the workmanship must be like!!!
