My Son started at Pelican Craigieburn 11yrs ago and I have enrolled my 3yr old daughter here for 3 years now.I can honestly say this is one of the best childcares. Still having the same staff from 11 yrs ago really says a lot. My daughter is so excited to go to here everyday where she is always greeted with a smile.The staff are lovely understanding and easy to communicate with, they put in the time to help her learn and grow and prepare her for her school years.They continually update you with activities they have going on and daily pictures of all the fun things my daughter gets up. They celebrate a range of festive days so all the kids enjoy all different cultures and festivities that happen all around the world.Thank you Pelican Craigieburn from helping make both my kids journey one they will never forget.

Extremely terrible experience. Will not recommend anyone to send your loving kids to this childcare. My baby is so terrified after attending this childcare. I have been charged heaps more than what I was supposed to and now even after several weeks, I am still chasing them for the refund and there is always an excuse from them. Will never send my child here again.

My son started orientation today and he really warmed up well and doing alot better then I thought as he has a high level of seperation anxiety the educators a very warming caring and made him feel very comfortable being away from mum.

I enrolled my child at Pelican Childcare Craigieburn but unfortunately, my child did not have a positive experience there. I can't speak to the quality of the facilities or staff, but my child was not comfortable and did not want to attend the daycare. It's important to note that every child is different and what didn't work for my child might be perfect for another. It's important to do research and to visit a daycare center before making a decision.

Since enrolling my son back in 2017 l have found Pelican to be an utmost professional daycare centre. The staff are absolutely professional. The encouragement ,inclusion, and dedication given towards each child that l witnessed was amazing. My son loved it there and to this day still loves and visits his teacher Miss Polly. My daughter went there and just recently graduated to big school. Samantha the Manager l cannot fault. She embraces us all like family. She is professional, and will always discuss any issues automatically, and with a non bias attitude, I highly recommend Pelican for your child/ children to be able to thrive and develope a sense of belonging in a loving, friendly environment. Hard to say goodbye to such a wonderful daycare, and beautiful, proffessional staff from management to educators.

When it comes to childcare centres at Craigieburn, Pelican childcare is the best choice whom one should be considering to send out their kids.Their centre manager Samantha has a great control on all the areas of this industry and is always there to help you. My four years daughter has progressed a lot since she joined the centre. Their educators are top professionals who know what the requirements of you child and how to fulfil them. A big thumbs up for all the staff and educators.

I can’t even begin to express how happy I am with the impeccable service that pelican childcare provide.Samantha does an incredible job when it comes to management and I am always greeted with a friendly hello. Whenever I have had any questions or special requests for my daughter she make sure to go above and beyond with her attention to detail.I am so grateful for the girls in my daughters room and their nurturing care for my child.My daughter attends the service 4 days a week while I work and I can work free from anxiety & stress knowing that my daughter is in safe hands.Thank you so much to the lovely staff members at pelican craigieburn.

WORST CHILDCARE EVER!! I took my son there when he was 5 months of age and was still having mostly formula during the day. They would not feed him the proper amount of bottles per day for the whole time he was there. One day they fed him only 1 bottle for the 8 hours that he was there, and when I went to pick him up he was extremely upset and hungry. When I spoke up to them about this issue the worker in the room lied to my face, so I walked out and spoke to the manager, who backed up the workers lie without even knowing I had evidence that they weren’t feeding my son. An absolute disgusting attitude by the staff and management team. I left the childcare with them needing to pay me back $80 for over paying them, but I never filled out the paper work to get them, then months after my kids have left I start getting messages from a debt collector saying I still need to pay the childcare $25 bucks. I called them multiple times and each time they say yes we will find out why u have been charged and I never received a call back. Absolutely the worst childcare
