Great communication and detailed report via email which I need for warranty. After being let down several times by another well known pool company I’m glad to find an honest reliable service. So, I have just waved goodbye to the lads from Integra Pool Service.I placed an online request to repair my pump – suspected gasket failure, Shannon replied within 24 hours and came out on a weekend to check out the problem. I have a pool pump that is situated underneath my pool deck, difficult to access and even more difficult to operate.Shannon suggested moving the pump up onto the pavers in the corner of the pool area, stating the cost would only be marginally more than to repair the pump in situ. True to his word, he provided a quote which reflected the “round about” figure he quoted. One week later the pump is on the pavers, and access is so much better.Shannon explained pump functions I was unaware of and suggested further improvements to chlorination. No pressure, simply great ideas to think about.Integra Pool Service were fantastic, communicated respectfully, are full of knowledge and innovative ideas, they are efficient and tidy with their work, and they cleaned up after the job was complete. I cannot recommend these guys highly enough, fast service, a very fair price and an absolute pleasure to deal with. Thanks Shannon.
