Terrible customer service. Don't reply to complaints made to them about their staff. typical BONEHEAD security company. Don't know how they stay in business

On Sunday (24 November 2019) I was in the Brisbane Arcade taking a few photos of the Christmas decorations. The CAP Security Services guard took the camera phone out of his pocket and took a photo of me. I asked him why he took my photo. He said he was taking a photo of something else, which was an obvious lie. I left and phoned the police and spoke to an officer for about 10 minutes about what happened. He didn’t think it was a crime but suggested I could complain to the company. A security guard taking random photos of the public with their personal phone is odd behaviour and shouldn’t happen.

The worst experience I have ever had with a company ever, was called in for an interview, within arrival to find out its an induction also, in the induction they demean you and treat you like your a child at school they make you take your hat off inside and demand to take your phones off you whilst going through the induction that we don’t even get paid for which takes in total 1-1.5 hours. I was told after the induction from the hr manager hannika my hours would be sent via email, they never sent them after countless attempts to call to speak with the hr manager after the confusion on to what was happening they answer but always Say she’s unavailable in a meeting, to then them finally answering asking if you could Email the problem to them which I did with again no response to then again having to follow up with another call for them to say to me that there not hiring anymore?Such an unprofessional rude demeaning horrible company to work for that was the experience I had with them I can only feel sorry for the other guards that work for them take this review as an opportunity to dodge a bullet because if your a new guard to the industry this will only make you not like the security industryTHE WORST SECURITY COMPANY IN QLD

after working for this company I found that they were not such a great company will hire anyone regardless of skills or lack thereof not great rates and not good shifts usually shifts are 4 hours and involves travelling and the management are young and inexperienced and have zero people skills let alone having any HR type skills ...better companies better rates .. elsewhere around Brisbane and the Sunshine Coast...also not a safe company to work for as many of the guards are inexperienced lack good English skills let alone knowing how to work crowd control and compliance situations

At Reds rugby last 3 min of game security stood in front of us so we couldn't see game. Ask 3 times to sit down payed to see game. Had no problem with him doing his job just don't obstruct paying customer view. Head security was extremely arrogant. Need trading in communication

Number 1066 doesn’t know how to sit in a chair. Blocking everyone’s view at the Gabba. I didn’t pay money to see a security guards forehead, I payed money to see the cricket game.

Cap security are the biggest shi* cun** they have no regard or respect for There workers. They do not care for your well being u could be sick as a dog and they would basically tell u too to bad get over it and come in. the pay is horrible for what we go through. The management is unprofessional I don’t know how many arguments I got into with the managers and hr for having a day off witch I needed one for personal reasons yet they argue the point. I would give this company a 0 if it had the option. Wouldn’t recommend them to anyone poor company to work for.

The only reason C(R)AP have a strong foothold on the events work is because of their high level civil liability protection.Very high turnover of security staff due to piss poor management, selection and remuneration.If your new to the industry and need just a foot in the door to get experience, its OK. But for seasoned/older guards, don't remotely bother.
