My nail salon

I just got my wedding nails done at this salon, and I got exactly what I asked for. The shape & design are beautiful, and the woman that did my nails was noticeably a perfectionist & spent a lot of time perfecting the shape & evenness of my nails. The only downside is that I had booked in an appointment time, and they started my nails 20 late - this is not a huge deal if you have the time to wait, so if you don’t have time it would be best to go earlier when they’re less busy

One of the worst pedicure, unprofessional, everything is filthy, the quality is too poor ,whole pedicure took 20 minutes, treatment was like I don't care just give me my money and don't come back again. Definitely not recommend.

I asked for SNS with tips, and I was so happy with what I got. The reference photo was almost exactly replicated, and the shape of the nail was what I asked for. They did a very thorough and gentle job, will definitely go back!

Terrible experience. They made me wait for 30 minutes with appointment (which fair enough, it’s not that long). The girl kept hurting the edges of my fingers. She also had an attitude the entire time… rushing and unfocused, super unprofessional.Not to mention the prices are crazy expensive. A total rip-off! 20 more dollars than I payed for the SAME job at other salons.Don’t waste your time and money, you will totally regret it!

I had my nails done with Sns on a Thursday night by Sunday that same week I had a nail fall off and another chipped. Usually my sns nails will last me between 3-4 weeks. Paid $45 for 2 1/2 days of good looking nails, what a joke.

Loved this place!!I’d never heard of this place before but as soon as I stepped foot in it, I wish I had! The staff were so so lovely and accomodating, and non judgemental to my requests. My set of SNS nails were only $50 and they looked exactly like the photo! Highly reccomend!!

VERY VERY POOR SERVICE!( staff rushed doing my nails. Not keen to prepare my nails well for the gel application.The gel started to peel of after 2 days. Definitely not worth the 55 dollars i paid. Also poor communication from staff. Definitely not coming back and wouldn’t recommend anyone here.

My daughter and her friend went in there and wanted their nails done. They had $90 between them and showed the lady what they wanted and it was $110, they explained they only had $90 and she said okay take a seat. They got their nails done and then were told it would be $110. They said they were told $90 because that’s all they had and were told they must of misunderstood. There was no misunderstanding, the girls were clear that they only had $90, this place took advantage of 2 young teenage girls. If they couldn’t do it for $90 then tell them no! Will never go back to a place that takes advantage of people. Not even a student rate like other places.There was no misunderstanding at all! They showed you a picture of what they wanted and you said $55 each. They said they only had $90 between them. You said take a seat, they said so you can do both of us for $90, you said yes take a seat. Then at the end you charged my daughter extra for the length of her nails but didn’t tell her they’d be extra if they are long, so it was $115. You told them they misunderstood but they did not. You did the wrong thing here. If you don’t understand what is being said to you, then you need to clarify it. I am absolutely disgusted how you treated these girls today then to fob me off with your pathetic reply has made me even more angry. My daughter and all of her friends get their nails done and I will be telling them all to stay away from your shop, I’d hate for anymore ‘miss understandings’!

I asked before even deciding to go in the difference between the sns and the acrylic nails as I wanted the ones that make my nails longer and stronger, I wasn't told that I'm guessing the sns nail doesn't include glueing on a top it's just your own nails painted /dipped. And I'm super upset as I wanted my nails long for my birthday I never spoil myself and maybe if cmunication confirmed that I didn't want nail extensions I would have said I did want them but just sat and didn't talk (didn't talk to me talked to other workersand was different lady then I talked to at door) it wasn't till I noticed glitterr being put on that I realised it wasn't going to extend my nail just sit on like nail polish on my super short nails and cost 40 so upset as would've happily paid extra 10 to actually get nail extension acrylics etc. :( :(. Tried to message and call about getting actual nail extensions but no reply and I'm to anxious nervous fto confront in person would have thought I'd get a reply to try to fix my bad review ?
