Could only deal with salesperson, never design office as in previous build.Wrong tapware installed in both bathrooms.No internal insulation and as a result, unable to use ensuite if visitors stay.All drains in the house blocked with cement.Pantry and linen cupboard shelves collapsed over 2 years as unsupported.I could go on and on and on

Purchased a property advised when keys were given to me different things would be rectified advised of plumbing issues they sent out some plumber that said nothing is wrong with it they refuse to fix it, Multiple issues, they helped a little with bare minimum little things I let go but I'm done the place is a disgrace, I would never recommend Beechwood North coast located in Beresfield to anyone. Family and friends use Macdonald Jones much more professional caring and at the homes are build with care and any issues rectified.
