Amazing customer service.I cold called Village Optics on a Saturday morning, requesting an emergency eye test, at the request of my surgeon.Sophia didn't hesitate to offer her assistance, and was able to swiftly carry out the required test for me, before her busy schedule commenced.I wasn't a Village Optics client, but I am one now.Thanks again ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

We're so lucky to have Village Optics in Summer Hill! Excellent clinical care and lenses that I can actually see with! They also have beautiful, fun quality frames and brands you don't see everywhere. This is important to me as I wear glasses all the time and regard my glasses as an accessory that need to work with what I am wearing and doing. I always come out of Village Optics feeling fantatsic!

I had a great experience at the optics shop when I called them close to closing time, and they stayed back to fix my specs. The staff were friendly and professional, and they worked efficiently to ensure my specs were properly adjusted. I highly recommend this shop for quality optics services.
