They only ever have one check out open until they see 5 or 6 trolleys waiting to be served it's a complete joke and I refuse to use self serve I don't work there, I don't get a coles myer card that the employee's receives with a 10% discount. The money we pay for our groceries covers the staff wages

Came here at 0830 am Only 1 self serve checkout open. Stood there for 10 mins no staff came to help. AlsoNo staff on check out. Not very helpful for someone like me who had a large grocery shop. Very poor service getting worse. Lift your game

Great range of products at great prices, and the extra long self service checkouts for when u have done a big shop they make it so much easier then trying to use the little ones nd constantly changing bags around.

Where do i start - less than 1 sec power glitch" and payment system won't accept digital cards - told no idea how long before workimg again and to use cash ( who carries over a $100 in cash these days) or swipe physical card - who carries this when digital card accepted everywhere??? Had to do a 40min return trip home to retrieve card - only to be told that all payment methods ate now working again........ you'd think a big company like coles would have a sufficiently suitable power fall-back systems in place in this day and time - or is actually spending money such that customers (no longer) aren't inconvenienced too much to ask?"

Waiting for service at register for over 20minutes. Team members calling priority one with no one coming to help. Service at the register was great. Too many self serve, not enough service for the people. Shelves at present always empty.

Have always been a Coles lover! Now that drakes has opened in Mt barker this is the place I will go. Cheaper prices, much more stock, different products and most importantly staff on the registers. Sorry Coles, you have lost me. Keep cutting costs and charging more… success.. not
