I recently completed a small landscaping project in my back yard and I have really appreciated how easy Nuway made it for me. Once I'd decided what I needed, I was able to get the soil and Cypress chip mulch delivered the next day. And when I realised that I didn't have quite enough mulch, I was able to order a few extra 60L bags that they filled for me - all I needed to do was to drive down the road and pick them up.Job done! And my back yard smells delightfully of Cypress chip :-)

Bought 83 Timberstone pavers from this place. They had stacked all the pavers into one pallet. When brought and un-wrapped there were 3 broken pavers. Asked for replacements. They wanted me to bring the ‘broken pieces’ back to them! Unbelievable. Very poor customer service.A senior citizen

I would never go back or use Nuway again, My wife (50+ years old )went there at forestdale and the staff could not be bothered to serve or help and only wanted to sit on there back side. She went to get same gravel and cement and made her lift the 25kg bags herself so they could sit in the office and gasbag not one of the staff offered to lift them for her….. If I could give them a zero star or a minus it would be a -10 star rating

First impression was good, the yard was very tidy, well laid out. Female staff member made some relevant suggestions and it was nice to have a less blokey environment than some yards I've encountered. Having said that, Nathan, the delivery driver was superb. Load arrived as promised and he patiently and expertly got up the drive with about 3cm clearance either side through the gate. He thoughtfully tweaked my designated landing spot so I had less uphill push with my barrow and was cheery. Delighted with the service from start to finish. I will be a return customer and recommend this business. Product range of mulch was good and I purchased 2 different products in a split load at reasonable prices, but staff are my reason to post.
