I felt really comfortable at this practice, the reception staff we very helpful and I was provided with very useful information about how to go through the process. It was the first time I felt this prepared for therapy. The psychologist was very professional and helpful.

I aim to provide a premium but affordable mediation service. Quick appointments, secure processes and support between sessions.

My experience at Aresolution was great. Thanks to the psychologist who helped me work through my OCD, listened patiently to my issues and prepared plans and gave me meaningful homework every session to solve my issues strategically.

Don't waste your money with Dr Andrew Stock. He was very unprofessional, careless and inexperienced. I had 3 sessions with him and what a waste of time and money.

Very bad customer services. They asked for my credit card info when I made an appointment. But they did not tell me they are going to debit my card before the consultation without an invoice or a bill. They sent me a text message just one day before my appointment for the direct debit at 8am each day" thing. I felt uncomfortable about this practice and called they to discuss payment after consultation. But the receptionist said they can do it for me for the first consultation then I can discuss with the psychologist myself during the consultation. I told them there is no point to have the initial session if they do not accept payment after the session. Then the lady told me "it is confirmed. We will see you today". Then when I asked her to reply my email and confirm in writing that I can pay after the session for all my appointments. She refused to put it in writing. She was just trying to trick me to go there. I felt uncomfortable and believed it was a bad faith practice. If they do not trust their clients

The clinicians here are professional and know their stuff. A delight to work with. Big thanks to Heidi and the team.

Heidi helped my business out with a sensitive workplace matter and Heidi dealt with it in a very non-judgmental and caring manner with a view to both parties' positions/feelings and gave some very practical guidance. I have been an inconsistent client of A resolution for 2 years now.The support team has always been fast and accommodating to me with appointments when I need them, and with direct communications regarding any issues.I have found A resolution to be hassle free therapy compared to other clinics, and I value their integrity when it comes to Medicare rebates and billing.I have tried other clinics since I moved interstate but have gone back to A resolution because of the consistency they provide and the extra efforts they make liasoning with my GP , my psych , with Medicare and above everything else always keeping me informed.
