I can highly recommend a stay at Mount Cole Cottages. There are two cottages to choose from and my partner and I stayed 3 nights in the Kookaburra" cottage. Owner Greg is an absolute gem and has created a lovely peaceful environment that is really worth a visit whether you want to enjoy the local surrounds

If we could have stayed longer we would have, the cottage was fabulous had absolutely everything we needed the kitchen was well equipped.We will definitely stay again

Mount Cole Cottages
This is your bush hide away with all you need - bring own food and wine. We cooked in the great kitchen, sat on the balcony and enjoyed the peace and watching birds. It is also close to wineries and walks. A very cosy place

We stayed in the Kookaburra Cottage (one of the buildings within Mount Cole Cottages) and it was amazing! The house was clean and had everything needed for a comfortable stay. We stayed in May-June (it was very cold) but the house stayed warm. The owner was very accommodating and even though he was on the property, it felt like we were the only ones there. Would stay here again :)

My husband and I spent the weekend at the original cottage and it was LOVELY. Such a beautiful location with all the amenities you could hope for. Greg was a great host and gave us a tour of his beautiful veggie garden, including 3 chickens and 2 funny alpacas. We can't wait to come back!

Beautiful cottages with all the modern conveniences but without sacrificing that rustic natural beauty and charm. Beautifully positioned and the hosts/owners make sure you are always comfortable. Would live here forever if I could. Well priced also.
