I have a terrible experience with JMRE as a tenant. Our property manager was strict to us. It was late by weeks to get a reply to an email. Some times she did not reply at all and I had to go their office in person taking leave of my job. We were asked to leave the property by one year when we request to stay for second year. Then they wanted us to open the property for inspection for new tenants several Saturdays for same price. This unexpected change of residence lead to change of schools of my children as well as several issues to whole my family.
