Apologies for disturbing the worker to ask a question. Really did seem like I was trying to pull teeth.Asked about a specific item. Got told that the item I was looking for is illegal and not made any more. Went up the road the the competition (SCA) and they had the exact item I asked about. So either the worker lied, don't know and made up a story (so lying) or truly believes the words coming out his mouth. Another possibility is the competition is selling illegal items. Anyway place is fine, if you don't want good service, good advice or even a good price. And small shop no stock. Go up the road.

Thank you to the staff for all their help. We had purchased a UHF at Repco in NSW and it hasn't been working. We are travelling so it was needed and they helped us to get on our way. Great service.
