Awful service from 2 receptionists working 16/5/22. One lady shooed away some poor male in front of me who was LIMPING on one foot. To the lady who was serving me, I couldn’t reach my Medicare card over to her property because I have a BROKEN hand and she complained that she couldn’t reach the Medicare card. Like hello? You work here to help injured people, my hand is broken and my good hand was holding my bag. Absolutely nasty ladies with no care for the people coming in

Hi i had the most positive experience recently.i live with bad anxiety.had to have a mri.omg my anxiety was bad.i was given sedation because i am claustraphobic.the staff were amazing.comforting caring put me at ease.i got to listen to my fave rod stewart while having mri.when i was walking out one of the angels stopped me and asked how it went.thankyou you are all amazing humans.mwa xx

Reception staff were lovely. Lady who did my ultrasound however not so much. Was nice to start with but once the ultrasound was done and I asked her a few questions her attitude changed straight away. Was quite rude and abrupt with me. At the end of the day if she wasn’t happy to answer any questions, she could have just said I’m not too sure you’ll have to wait for the report. No need to be rude. Especially when having to pay! Being kind is not hard! Even says it on the wall of your reception!! Maybe your staff need to adopt the same attitude.

The experience of visiting Qld Xray was excellent. All the Staff I met were well mannered and obviously highly skilled professionals. The waiting room was clean, tidy and in good order. My appointment was on time. I would have no hesitation in recommending Qld Xray.
