BIBO Water

We were most impressed from the time of installation with the work of the two installers and the clear explanation we received of the operation of the unit. The BIBO Water is an excellent addition to our home with hot and chilled water available whenever required. We recommend it to all.

We love our Bibo machine. It is used every single day. Love the instant cold filter water and we no longer need a kettle to boil hot water! Our pets also love their Bibo water!!! The service from the Bibo team is also exceptional. Very reliable with a high level of customer service. Thank you team Bibo!

BIBO Water Filter has been a perfect addition to our new House. As part of the building process, I had made a recess in the wall where the Filter will be installed and made provisions for water supply and ventilation also. It sits there perfectly and complements the decor as BIBO is available in a variety of colours. BIBO can just sit on a bench-top as well and needs basic water connections.It is very easy to operate and enhances the decor much better than similar products available in the market, which take up too much space and need a plumber to fix the Unit.Prior to starting construction, I was impressed with the several features which BIBO had and that included water temperature control, ease of operation, extra hot water if needed and a quick stop by pressing any button so as not to over-spill.It also has several programming features like the Unit can be set to turn ON/OFF at various times during the day, as required. That saves power and also the Unit is ready for dispensing when needed.I chose Mahroon colour for the Unit and that stands out from all the modern appliances we have in the kitchen and becomes a focal point in the kitchen cabinetry.I am totally pleased with the Unit itself and also the prompt service provided by the Company so far and wouldn't mind recommending BIBO to anyone in the market for cold/hot water filters.

Bibo is great. I have been using it for the past 3 years since we have our baby and certainly takes away all the pain to boil hot water and knowing that we are drinking clean filtered water. I never had an issue with the machine and the team has been super helpful whenever I need to order replacement filter pack. Will recommend Bibo to everyone.

BIBO is a great system where you get your boiling or cool filtered water at a press of a button. But the real benefit for us was setting up a custom temperature for filtered water when making our baby her formula. Dont have to wait any more for the boiling water to cool down, set temperature releases the perfect temperature within seconds.

Trust me customers service is worse in whole Australia! For those who left positive reviews may be they didnt face customer service! Super doggy! Experience getting worse n worse by the time i have to take them to consumer protection warning! Order machine after 3 weeks i got it in between i have to chase it! After I received it it was damage by Australia post as per bibo , they said where i live is too far from city so they didnt have any other choice then Au post ! N then i ask them to replace it or something then they said they will get local plumber to have look which took 3 more week to just look and after he came he said he dont have any clue n took photos and videos to send it to bibo and another week past already nearly 6 weeks since i order and just sitting in kitchen super annoying i ask them how long more i have to wait they said they will send part to plumber n all which means anothe 2 to 3 weeks ! I ask them i m not happy with service i want to just return they took another week to organise return i got traching its been received last week hasnt got any confirmation from them call them and they said once they received they let me knw i said i got tracking and its been received last week then she said oh let me check to warehouse ! Super doggy service hope u guys dont have to face it!I can prove all that which i have mention here !

BIBO went above and beyond to make my experience of purchase and receiving of goods nothing less than 5 star! Special thanks to Julie!! Who helped me out. Here is our BIBO installed without hassle. I recommend this product to anyone. My in-laws have also purchased one and other family are now looking at buying!! Don't take my word for it go out and purchase one. One little upgrade my wife and i thought about was having a feature on the BIBO that lets you select your name to keep track of how much water you have consumed..?? We all fill our water bottles a few times a day.. would be cool idea to know how much water i have consumed..

We have loved having the Bibo at Kids Club Clarence Street. It was so much easier for maintaining the correct temperatures for our baby bottles. Also knowing that it was filtered two ways was comforting to our families. The whole system is nice to look at and very easy to use with a touch of a button. Out team members also enjoyed having chilled water as well. Would recommend this highly to any other childcare center for the ease of use and functionality.

We had countless of benchtop water coolers in the past, with most of them failing even before the statutory 12 month warranty period expired. Tired of arguing with the store and waiting for replacements, we decided to give BIBO a go. No regrets, the little engine that could going strongly almost three years now, just replaced the filter, as per normal requirements. Pricey, but with the added benefit of hot/warm water on tap, we are happy with the purchase.
