Beautiful place, everyone is so nice and welcoming. Took my friend and two little girls for a gluten free high tea and was amazing. Definitely going back again.

Attended my Niece's surprise Baby Shower here on a Saturday morning. The table looked beautiful, the teas and food were wonderful and the service was perfect. Such wonderful and kind hosts- highly recommend.

Amazing, we walked in and managed to get a High Tea without booking. (We were lucky, you usually have to book). There was 3 adults and 2 children. We had two pots if the French Earl Grey tea and some of the most amazing food we've ever had in these types of setting. They told us about craft things they have for the kids throughout the year. The staff were friendly and more then willing to help make our high tea a memorable occasion even though we were walk ins. So wether your after a full high tea, or just a demo shire tea and a nice chat. An absolute must stop on High street. Gentleman its a girl shop, but the scones with jam and cream are with it.

My daughter took me for a surprise day out.First stop was at the amazing Pastel Teacup. They did the most delicious gluten free high tea, not easy to find a place to cater for g/f and the serving was so generous I had to take half of it home. The owner and his family were so friendly and really know how to welcome you and make your.experience so memorable. The shop itself was beautiful. I would highly recommend it.Till next time.

Best scones I've had in SA. Great selection of teas and excellent coffee. High tea is great, but be sure and just pop in for a coffee and a macaron or cupcake. So far all the food has been first class. A great addition to Strath. We've been back several times already and will be back. Owners seem real nice.

We had an absolutely brilliant time at the Pastel Tea Cup. The selection of teas was first class and the food was both delicious and beautifully presented. The scones in particular were a delight. The entire setting was put together with thought and love.

Beautiful place for high tea. Food was delicious and a really generous amount for 3 people - we couldn't eat it all and had to take some home! Awesome selection of teas and great service. Excellent value for money - would definitely do this again. Thanks for a lovely afternoon.

Went here this afternoon for a high tea. Such a lovely place, with a large variety of nice teas to select from. The food was amazing and very filling. The pricing was very reasonable and the staff were very friendly. Highly recommend the Pastel Teacup!
