Everyone that I’ve dealt with at the agency has been fantastic. We purchased our property through Sam O’Halloran, who was so helpful and quick/easy to communicate with. We then leased our property with the help of Gemma, who has been equally helpful in answering all our questions as first time landlords, and got suitable tenants into our property so quickly! Very grateful for them both, they have been super patient and helpful with us first time home buyers.

We drove 2 hours to view a house in Mount Warrigal today listed by this agency. If I could give 0 stars I would, what a joke! I realise every agent takes photos that look bigger than the real thing but these were either taken 10 yrs ago or photo shopped a million times over. To start we were kept outside waiting while they possibly hid the tenants in the rooms we were not allowed to see and threw the last of the garbage in the skip outside! Once inside the animal smell was over powering then each room was small, dirty and very run down, nothing like the photos! But the worst was the pool, blue, sparkling and clean in the photos, in reality it was grey/green with what looked like lilli pads of mould floating all over it. The bathroom had mould on the ceiling, was the worst house we have seen in relation to the photos shown. I wish agents like this were banned from false advertising and totally misleading future buyers. A waste of our time and wouldn’t bother looking at any other properties listed by this agent now! Shameful.

Was pleased with how patient The Agency was with us as it was our first time renting. Marney was lovely to communicate with about the process of the lease, when we can view the property, all of the paper work etc. Made the process of moving in less intimidating for first time renters!

We’ve rented through this real estate before and had such a positive, easy experience. We were lucky enough to get another house through them again with Marney Sparks. She has been so helpful and open with communication, answering all questions for us and making the experience as smooth and easy as possible. Highly recommend!

We engaged Jordan Andonovski from The Agency in November 2021 for the sale of our property. Unfortunately, we were severely disappointed. There was no care or regard to ensure our property was in good order post open homes with damages incurred, we were lied to about a potential buyer (we refer to this buyer as our ghost buyer) and pressured into dropping our price with scare mongering about the market falling if we didn't accept the first offers which came our way. Now some 331 days later since we terminated our agreement with The Agency and heard absolutely nothing from them during this time, we are hit with a marketing bill including auctioneers fees for an auction which never went ahead. We have been unable to get a response out of Jordan and think it is absolutely shameful that it failed to have been dealt with sooner. We cannot recommend The Agency in the slightest. Best stay clear and find another agent.

Poor communications from the agent led to tenant moving out months early, without active discussion and costing us a bomb. V. Disappointed with outcome but they don't care.

My experience with the Agency Wollongong was good. I have the staff to be friendly, helpful and keen to assist me in the process of buying my new home.
