I will start by saying I could not be happier with the service provided. Chris guided us from start to finish with the claims process. In fact guided would be an understatement, he managed and controlled the situation from beginning to end.The claims process can be difficult, and insurers can be notoriously fickle. Chris was calm, reassuring and an absolute pleasure to deal with. They will have my business for many years to come.I have said it already, and will say it again, absolute pleasure to deal with.
