New England Motor Inn

June stay for one night. Draught under door didn’t let air con heat the room, even set at 27 degrees. Got spare blanket out of wardrobe and managed a few hours sleep. Very outdated and tile at the door were all broken, not a cheap stay $165 a double. Will not be recommending or returning. The one plus is location.

Good spot to stay in Armidale, beers on arrival, aircons pretty noisy and housekeeping are a bit rough

Wonderful place to stay.Beds were comfortable room was really clean.The hosts are very friendly & helpful.Only negative thing was the noisy traffic so bring your ear plugs.Highly recommend

We got the last room at dusk and were more than happy with the roomy, comfy room - though outdated it had everything we needed including the kitchen sink! Electric blankets were used and we were recommended a nice pub dinner up the road -not far to walk as we were so tired from travelling! Its a keeper.

Clean rooms, friendly staff, good prices. Will stay here again.

I stayed there for 3 nights. Electric blanket for winter. Big comfortable bed. Next door to the bowling club. Nice people who own it. Close walk to town. Hot water was excellent.

Rick was friendly, the location right in the centre of town, pubs and clubs are incredibly close and the locals are so friendly.And our room was lovely and clean, also a complimentary beer and cider for my husband and I when we arrived. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!

Lovely wonderful atmosphere.. very welcoming.On arrival we were given complimentary drinks, given a quite room towards the back because we were staying a couple of nights.The room was serviced every day, which I really wasn't expecting.The ladies tidying were extremely polite & friendly.. gave as clean dry towels & helped us out after a little trouble with the disabled shower.It was a wonderful spot to stay, close to everything.The Wicklow was just across the road & was a wonderful place to have dinner.First night we got Menulog that came straight to our door.Other eateries were very close, as is Coles & the information centre, parks..The room was spacious & very clean, the bed was very comfortable & there was tea & coffee making facility in the room with little fridge.Also a couch & table with chairs.TV was central.. so could watch from the bed or couch.This room was set up for disabled guests as well with a fully disabled bathroom.Highly recommend as a perfect stay in Armidale.It also had reverse cycle air-conditioning.But the room was warm, had a wonderful big window ... extremely comfortable.Checking our was very simple & easy too & taxis very easy to get there & to the station.

Friendly and welcoming staff ultra clean room extra effort made to accomodate my needs. Close to town walk everywhere quiet area. Walk ti bowls club for good food. Everything you need for a comfortable stay
