Great place...nice library and staff lovely..

This is a new and very roomy public library with comfortable seating areas. Besides fiction and non-fiction books, the library also has periodicals and the daily newspaper. The library also lend out DVDs with movies and musical performances. In addition to being able to borrow books at the library, it is also possible to borrow books electronically to be downloaded and read on your personal mobile phone or tablet, just ask at the counter. The library has a number of computer terminals with Internet access which may be booked at the counter and used by the public. There is also a good WIFI connection point which the public may use after obtaining a password at the counter.There is also a Customer Service Center staffed by knowledgeable and very helpful assistants with access to or information about a number of Government Services such as vehicle registrations, licence renewals, etc, etc.All in all a very pleasant place to spend an hour or two.

Laidley Library has the most helpful staff members, that go to amazing lengths to find what you desire.Council customer service staff are polite helpful and amazing at their job.It is an Offline QGAP so it takes a few for the paperwork to go through.
