A chocolate item ( Dolfin Chocolate dark chocolate with Earth Grey )was advertised for $2.75 at the Cherrybrook branch of Woolworths. I put 5 bars into my trolley. My sister had two bars. We were sharing a trolley.When my sister scanned the item, the price was $7 (full price)The attendant was called & she reversed the two bars to the sale price, but refused to do anymore than that. So we left, with two bars, instead of 7We find this most unacceptable, as the items were already in our trolley & the wrong price was advertised. Shouldn’t Woolworths honour the price advertised on their shelves?These chocolates were advertised as “clearance items”There is something not right with your policy & we feel ripped off or you have totally misrepresented yourselves. Surely your good name is now badly tarnished in our opinions. Extremely disappointed. By the way, your sales attendants were rather rude. One is called Sadie. The other disappeared really quickly

Constant moving of products around is just annoying. Replacing good products with inferior Woolies brand is not winning you any awards.

Thank you very much to your staff member lady who was looking after the self serve checkout machines this morning. I bought a lot of easter buns and was assisted greatly with putting them through easily and quickly. A smile and the help was very welcomed.

Honestly, can not wait for a Coles store to open near by. Deli shuts at 8.00pm, and staff think they’re doing you a favour if they serve you 1 minute past 8.00pm.

Came into today ,special trip to collect free sample from bunch.Fresh Cajun chicken burgers.None on shelf.Staff member said she had never seen them.Off she walked.Service centre desk help,staff member said she would call meat dept.Another staff member approached but un helpful.Waited 5 mins another call made for meat dept.I then said don't worry.I can't wait any longer.All I wanted to know is if they usually stock this product I would come back another day.Poor service

Why are you moving all the products to completely different areas? It was good as it was.I’m particularly concerned about your egg storage. If eggs are kept in cold storage, they must remain in cold storage, you now have them on the shelf nowhere near fresh food section. Makes no sense.

Not bad, but need to really stock the shelves. Everything is out of stock these days. Possibly due to the influx of people in the area. We never find things that we buy once or twice. Juice, potatoes all out of stock every few weeks. Need to improve.
