Had mark come out to diagnose a gu patrol cranking but not starting. He diagnosed it to be injector pump by just looking at it with a torch. He didn’t seem interested in the job and seemed like he was just here to make a quick buck. After asking him several questions on how to diagnose injection pump failure without just looking at it with a torch ( impossible to tell if it’s failed by looking at it with a torch)Paid for 1 hour and he looked at my car for not even 5 minutes. Charged me $129 and left.After his unprofessionalism I decided to call a different company who came out and laughed when I told them marks comments and what he done.Second company has diagnosed my car correctly and turned out to be a $2 engine control fuse under the bonnet.I will not use auto king again and Will recommend people use a different company or at least not use mark.

My air conditioning compressor went in my van and Luke was able to diagnose the problem straight away. Although he couldn't fix it on the spot, I was able to order the parts so hopefully he can come back and fix it for me.

Sam was honest reliable turned up on time and did a great job. What better than getting your car serviced at home and you can see what's being done. Price wise was very good as well. Will be using them again for sure.

Absolutely brilliant Auto King Mobile Mechanics I wasn't there but my car is a 98 Mitsubishi Lancer Coupe and it is running beautifully would fully recommend these mechanic's also very reasonable and trustworthy communication was good ❤️

A pre purchase inspection was completed. Darryl arrived at the location on time and was very thorough. He rang me immediately after completing the inspection to advise his findings. Provided clear info and photos of the report. I did find a few other issues which he missed (front DRL and fog light was cracked). His inspection allowed me to make a final decision of not proceeding with the purchase. Thanks

Auto king came out next day booking. Were quick and reliable, kept communication clear and were far cheaper than other mobile mechanics I've used. The part I needed repair on was also costed competitively when I looked for my own pricing. Overall a smooth and enjoyable process
