Arrived at a property to inspect a house in Riverview, parked in the driveway like a normal person would. Property manager parked behind my car in the driveway.Viewed the house, got a application form.My partner asked her politely to move her car as we have a young daughter in this heat. She then said to wait 10 mins cause there were other people coming to view the property. She come across really rude and bothered then proceeded to tell me i shouldn't park in peoples driveways cause the house is still occupied which i was never told the house was still occupied.Not professional at all, very rude.

We were really lucky to be able to Rent through such a great realestate , after 5 years it’s really sad to be moving out of our little rental home .We have dealt with Cathy Elias as our amazing property manager, she made the transition and exit seamless and worked through any issues we had together , this is so important that as a tenant you feel respected and as important as the owner . Wish we had her as our property manager years earlier!!As a tenant and while the house was being sold a few years ago the salesmen, Narian and Bill had the upmost respect for our privacy and family.We have rented for many years with different agencies but they have been the best by far ! Very disappointing with the service as a landlord, always gave us hard time and when I decided to sell the property, PM tried to worsen the situation by dealing with the tenant rather than supporting me. Somehow I sold the property by moving to another rental agency. Not recommended to investors/landlords.

Orders work to be done on rentals without owner approval leaving the contractors to be paid off by tenants which is a breach of the contractors agreement. Tradies, avoid like the plague, you will be left holding the bag at some point.

From a rental experience as a Tennant this office provides a high standard. The reception team is the best I have dealt with. They are the best first point of contact you can have as a business.
