TSR (Tony Stephens Refrigeration) - Air Conditioning & Refrigeration

We used this company for the first time and I highly recommend them to anyone who is looking to have an aircon installed.

I had TSR supply and install a 7kw system for my living room. They were an absolute pleasure to deal with and the gentleman who came out and did the install was very professional and did an amazing job. Still can't believe how diligent he was. he did not leave a speck of dust behind. Would highly recommend.

Two weeks ago we got four Panasonic inverter aircon units installed in our house in Jones Hill - QLD. The whole process from the start to finish was a breeze with TSR, David came to do measurements and give advice regarding where to have them installed and how big they should be. Please listen to him, you think with the knowledge you gain from Google you know it all but you could be far from right. David advised us correctly gave us quotes on Daikin and Panasonic units. We went for the Panasonic units, they are very quiet, economical and easy to operate.After we accepted the quote we came to a mutual agreement when to install, the installers Peter and young Tim arrived on the day of instalment at 07:30hrs as instructed by Cate from the office.Both Peter and Tim are absolute professionals, their workmanship is second to none and so are their manners. It has been an absolute pleasure to have them in our house to install the units, the next day the electrician came John from Fewtrell electrical came to connect the units and make them oparational - same story here John’s workmanship is second to none and so is the manner in which he deals with the customer. All in all we can honestly recommend TSR for all your aircon queries, quotes and installation you wont be disappointed and if you think you can go cheaper somewhere else think again.When reading this you will say ok so what about the cost for these units, depending where you get them installed in our case three of the four where straight on the outside wall everything included for all four units we spend $7500 - one 5KW, one 3.5KW and two 2.5KW Panasonic latest model.Recommend *****Value for money *****Will use TSR in the future **********=excellent****=very good***=good**=have doubts*=wouldn’t want to deal with them again.Oh and before I forget dealing with Cate in the office was so relaxed too - hence two thumbs up for the TSR team and thank you for the ease of dealing with you.Deborah & Carlo WisseJones HillQLD 4570

I had a new airconditioner installed yesterday, I cannot recommend TSR more highly. David came and measured up for the new system and I had a quote about two hours later. I was very happy with the price compared to Noosa prices". Within a week I have exactly what I wanted. Tim the installer was very professional and left the site without leaving a trace. He even took his boots off at the door which is a rarity. He obviously takes pride in his work and it shows.
