They were a young couple serving in the shop. I was searching for some sneakers for my husband. They couldn't have been more helpful and made me feel importantReally liked this shop in Ingle Farm.

Terrible customer service. The man there doesn’t care about the customers or act interested at all. Was told my item would arrive in 3 weeks. They didn’t bother to call me to tell me there was a further delay of one month. I could find what I wanted elsewhere and will not be returning to this shop. The sport shop at Golden Grove Shopping centre or Tea Tree Plaza has more stock and friendly service.

Terrible customer service. Two people were at the counter, no one realized that customers need help. When I call them for help me for the size of shoes for my son they replied from the counter “yes”. I said can someone help ? The girl came to me and very rudely answered that they had only that single pair of slippers the one I asked for, no other recommendations. She wasn’t interested to help was busy talking to each other

One of the sales people was not right for the job. Seemed unwilling to assist. Felt he didn't care if he got the sale or not. Left the store empty handed. Best advice he could give was come back in July when we get new stock. We needed new shoes now not in July. Will go to a store that wants to help until they get a sale. .The female sales person however was lovely and over heard us talking and offered to help as soon as she had finished with her customer.

Not a huge store and doesn’t stock a large range but always has some good bargain out front entrance. Customer service can be improved but the young blokes are quite friendly and helpful when you get their attention.

I’ll never shop here again went to exchange a pair of sliders I got in October Christmas shopping early didn’t fit and I had my recite but wouldn’t exchange. Person in shop should do some Costomer service training. I’ll go to the plaza in future.

Very unhappy with the customer service from this store forget about your rights as a customer if you want to return something. Brought a pair of shoes for my daughter for $130 was lucky if she wore for 2 hours stitching started to let go and some was never done properly in manufacturing. When returned to the shop about a week after purchasing for a refund was told couldn't get a refund until they had been sent back to the manufacture and they issued the store a refund in 2 to 3 week. Not correct the shoes were unfit for purpose and a refund should have been issued. The ironic thing is that tape to the counter is the governments rights for consumers taped to the counter printed on a A4 page laminated once I pointed this out to the staff, I was told no its our store policy that they had to send back to manufacture before they could issue a refund. I really think the store staff need to read up on rights for refund on returned products. I would recommend to shop with caution if buying from this store.

BUYER BEWARE. DO NOT SHOP HERE: wife purchased a top from here as a gift, brought it home, size too small, went back for just an exchange ( tags still on ) they asked for a receipt, receipt lost as it was over Christmas, good thing we had the credit card statement providing the purchase and date. Wrong. They were rude enough to say they will not accept this and refused to assist due to the length of time to return, it's Christmas and consumers have holidays too( their website does not state there is a time frame for a return of items in their policy, this is already in breach of what they are saying. It was an exchange, a simple swap for the next size up. Absolutely no customer service what so ever, now stuck with a top too damn small that cost more than it's worth still BNWT. If only they would do the decent thing of accepting the exchange.
