I have bought few home appliances from Winning ove the years either through phone or face to face and the sales staff has always been helpful. My latest experience with Faith in Richmond was fantastic, and she is constantly updating me with my order, and helping me to look out for good deal. Thank you!

The easiest white goods purchase in my life. Bought a big ticket washer/dryer & paid additional for installation. Communication on delivery date was informative & right on time. Delivery men we quick & efficient, installing the washer with no complications. They were friendly, polite & professional. I was refunded the installation fee as it wasnt required for the job & I was very impressed with that. 10/10 would purchase from this store again. Very happy.

I’m renovating my kitchen and purchased all appliances from a large competitor in July. The day before delivery (2 months after purchase) they had no idea when the sink would be delivered. They stuffed me around with the oven too and they had the audacity to charge me a extra to buy another oven. I cancelled my order on Monday, contacted Winning Appliances and the sink was delivered on Tuesday. No drama at all. It was so hard to deal with their competitor. Dealing with Winning Appliances was so easy and I give them 5 stars for their customer service. I highly recommend this company.

We purchased a $22k Sub-Zero fridge from Winning and were left in the lurch with the installation. More than 5 months later Winning Richmond refused to assist because their salesperson invoiced from another state. Sub-Zero and E&S came to the rescue -- just know that even for >$22k purchase, you may not be safe with Winning!

Very poor customer service. We went to Winning Appliances to buy all our kitchen and laundry appliances for our new home. They started off friendly then suggested we go to the Good Guys to gather information and view appliances but still purchase with them, which hardly seemed fair for the Good Guys. After we did our homework and we were ready to buy we tried to contact our sales rep and it took nearly a week and multiple calls and emails to get through. We managed to only purchase a couple of items from them in the end, and from there they were difficult to contact to organise delivery so we were forced to deal directly with the supplier. Very disappointing. Will be doing my shopping at the Good Guys in future who I highly recommend.

We struck gold with our customer service rep. Rock was incredibly knowledgeable about all the details. We’re renovating our kitchen and Rock had all the detailed information we needed to make the process of choosing appliances a lot easier. His advice was absolutely expert and we are 100% confident in our choices. Most professional and knowledgeable person we’ve come across in this field.
