We have been horrified by our recent experience with CGU. After placing a claim to fix a dinted door on our Van (our only way of transporting our disabled sister) we have now been without our vehicle for almost nine weeks! Within this time we have called time and time again only to be told they were waiting on an assessor. We have never felt heard or like they have had any intention of helping us. As the main carer of our sister my mother has been housebound for this whole time, which has not only affected her mental health but also poses a risk for both herself and our sister. We hope they can do better for others in the future!
