When will you start telling the truth and stop brainwashing our young children into believing your foster fakes are their mum and dad because my children I can guarantee aren’t the only children that are encouraged to do this, why can’t you show any evidence and proof of any allegations held against people when requested?, why do you stop children from seeing their parents but will more than happy allow them to be taken interstate?, why do you never return calls, text messages or emails?, why do you always change your stories?, why do you lie about the parents to get what you want? WHY DO YOU DESTROY INNOCENT FAMILIES?!?!

Been calling every day for over a week now and keep getting told Carey will call me back but never does, so over it and while this is happening I still haven't been able to meet a very precious little girl 2 me.

Rang them was speaking to a person they put me on hold without notice and then they put me onto a recording that said sorry we couldn't finish the phone call please call back later, it closes at 5 and it's 4.30

I understand that there are cases that children need to be taken out of bad situations they were in,What I don’t understand is being allocated a worker after DHS connects with the parent and having working and knowing about the situation of the child children’s well being they then without any communication or notification change the worker.I also do not understand that if there is a problem or a issue that needs to be addressed to the allocated worker and if that worker is unavailable the family then goes on hold without any support until the worker returns.Half of the workers are very young and without any parenting skills or experience that uses text books or other colleagues strategies without knowing of the families history.

I have been calling on behalf of my mother for the appropriate person to call me, he has not been calling me back. I called recently and I was told that the person whom I need to speak with has left his position and someone else is taking care and will call me back, yet he didn't too.Now I was told that this person is left and no assigned person is looking after the property and I was left to leave a different department with a message to call me back and until now they didn't.I just hope that someone wont give up and will call me back.

I have been fortune enough to live in a DHS property for 10 years. Only missing a star as maintenance is a bit of a nightmare, in terms of jobs being finished or people actually turning up. Otherwise I am very greatful for this amazing property. Also my housing officer is pretty awesome.

we had weeds growing on the roof.the maintence man came and threw all the weeds in the garden and my ponds.i made a complaint and now have to wait anouther week for him to clean up this mess!!

This lady named silvana keeps harassing my over fake complaints from abusive neighbours. She has even offered for us to move due to the abusive neighbour. Not happy jan.

Have been calling about getting a broken toilet fixed for 2 weeks. Nothing. The backyard is now my toilet.

Thie time has changed so the staffs working at this Footscray office is also changed. In the past the staffs from the front reception to the back office is really kind hearted and will help the tenants to rectify the problem. Now, they very arrogant and heartless. They always make things harder on top of the problem.Please change the systems. They don’t deserve to get pay.
