Will sell you a product that doesn't work and refuse you a refund because it has been used. The fact that you wasted your money warrants no empathy from them.If you're looking for an honest business, look elsewhere.

I don’t have any pets but came to visit as an alternative to going to a zoo with my 4 year old. He enjoyed looking at the variety of birds, fish & reptiles. The dinosaurs are a fun addition for the little ones to see along with any bunny’s, Guinea pigs, cats & dogs that are available. Staff were friendly & the place is very clean and open.

Have been feeling down since having major heart surgery a few weeks ago, I decided I needed a distraction so I decided to buy a bird and ended up with two cute baby budgies. I was fortunate to be served by the most helpful and polite young man,his name is Jack and couldn't do enough for me even helping me take my purchases to my car. I would recommend macarthur pets any day, good old customer service is alive and well there. Thanks Jack, well done.

Great selection of products. Animals are well kept and the staff around the shop were lovely.It definitely isnt the largest reptile supplies but they do have a good range however everything is so much more expensive than other places.

Can you even fault this place? The staff are so incredibly helpful. They make sure they answer all your questions even if you’re there just have a look they still make sure you’re served in there everything you need to know before you leave they’re not there just for your money? They’re there to meet your experience and MacArthur, pets a rememberable experience. I will definitely be back. Thank you guys

Has to be the biggest and most organised pet store Ive ever seen..the staff are great and have good knowledge on what they are selling. Good to just go in and check out the new pets also.
