Advantage Medical & Dental - Tooradin

This was the best dental experience I have ever had. The dentist was very honest, straightforward, and put everything into language that I could understand. She was also very gentle and made sure I was comfortable. I would recommend this place to anyone.

Very disappointed! Went to see a new GP for the first time. Being in extreme pain with a damaged frozen shoulder I asked for a script for anti-inflammatories & a referral to a physio, which she ignored. My exemption letter for not wearing a mask due to being asthmatic was made out, but in the wrong name, rendering it useless. I explained that I had been taking double dose of Panadeine Forte every 3 hours, which is higher than the recommended dose, and needed a new script. Instead she gave me one for a moderate painkiller, that did absolutely nothing, saying she wants to see the results from the xray & ultra sounds first. I also copped a blasting for taking too long at the appointment. I have been in total agony for 2 weeks now, barely able to get out of bed to go to the toilet. But I found a sympathetic radiologist, who recommended another doctor, when he saw the amount of pain I was in. So you can stop leaving messages to get my results - I already have them.And to top it off I just found out, that Centrelink rejected the medical certificate, because it had been filled in incorrectly... what a waste of time!

The doctors are amazing and the nurse’s are lovely. The lady at the reception with curly hair needs to learn how to speak to people nicely and if she doesn’t enjoy her job might need to find somewhere else to work. She walks around like she hates her life :) apart from that all good.

Just received a phone call from receptionist and oh my god I have never spoken to such a stuck up person like she was before specially in this sort of industry, when she had called me to tell me that I would be getting a $25 cancellation fee when I requested to rebook my appointment she repeatedly decided that I had to pay that money and my opinion was not interesting my speaking over the top of me showing how careless she really is.Mind you this was my first time about to come into this centre and now I would never knowing such a rude person who doesn’t know people skills is working at a clinic that helps people .That’s rather disturbing knowing how rude she is on the phone sad to know how rude she is person.Absolute disgusting I hope the manager sees this review and does some tbh img about this receptionist.

I have never come across such an amazing and knowledgeable physiotherapist like Mr Kunho Kong.Dr Alifa Khan is also the most caring doctor and will go above and beyond to make sure your health and well-being concerns have been taken care of.Shes very thorough and actually listens… and that’s very hard to find in a doctor.There is one admin lady that needs to be reviewed by practice manager as she’s extremely unprofessional and rude… and as a patient it’s very uncomfortable and upsetting to be treated so poorly for no reason at all.Nurse and the other doctors are great !

Booked to see a dentist, upon arrival I was sent to a general practitioners room so I went back to reception and asked why, when I was here for a dental appointment and was then told by the receptionist that I had requested a medical appointment, to which I responded no I have a broken tooth and so why would I ask to see a doctor and not a dentist.I decided to leave and was then informed that I would have to pay a $25 cancellation fee, what a joke but then another staff member stepped in and resolved the money issue ( thank you to her ) and to the inept receptionist, you need better people skills. Never have I been treated this poorly.

Booked Dental appointment online, 3 days in advance only to get there and be told they didn’t accept online dental bookings. So I asked why I was able to book online and received email and sms confirmation for the booking, the receptionist told me it was nothing to do with her. When I asked why should couldn’t have called me before the appointment to tell me, she didn’t have an answer. Very rude and inconsiderate. I had a tooth ache, and had to get my children looked after for the appointment and couldn’t even be seen. Won’t be back

The most caring and beautiful practice I’ve ever been too particularly for female health. If you’re a woman and want female Doctors this is a great place to go. Dr Khan is thorough, professional, caring and kind. I’ve been going to her for four years and highly recommend her. Equally the staff and pathology nurse Angeline are just as lovely.

Absolutely love the all the doctors but (Rosemary) The receptionist is out of control No people skills at all

Absolutely disgusting manners from “Rosemary” the receptionist.The way she speaks is enough to make anyone not want to go here.I booked an appt for my partner who is under my family on hot doc, she rang me regarding the appointment and told me I shouldn’t have booked the appointment for him and asked why it was under my number. I told her that it was my hot doc and he was listed as my family member which I cannot add a number for him. She then questioned why the form wasn’t filled out online to which I stated I booked the appointment for him as he was working and I can’t fill out the form because he needed to sign.She told me he had 5 mins to get to the practise to fill out the form.Then Ended the phone call with “hope he gets here on time”
