I emailed Arthur a project back in January. He called me the next day and was more than happy to discuss it further. In January, I spent over an hour discussing the project with him in the warehouse and I felt great leaving it in his hands. I made a second trip to drop off some of the material he needed for the project and he said he would get back to me in a few weeks. After a month (February) I sent an email to follow up as I hadn't heard anything, and no reply. After 6 weeks I sent another email - again, no reply. I then called Arthur two months later (March) after our initial meeting and he apologised and said he would start it that week, (that's right he hadn't even started it yet). It's now been over 6 weeks since that phone call (May) and still no communication from him. This lack of communication is beyond unprofessional and I'm extremely disappointed with this service.

Have bought furniture here for over 30yrs. Arthur is a master craftsman and his furniture lasts..Support local... Buy local...

Issa sells high end products. Locally made to a very high standard.If you are after quality furniture that can be custom made, I recommend Issa.Issa is the furniture equivalent of a tailored suit: it costs more, but lasts longer and looks better.

Run by Arthur who is a master craftsman.. Have been using Issa for thirty years now... Totally recommended
