Everytime I go here I'm told to go to waiting bay... I think they have it in for me Hahaha. Mostly good experiences. Staff are usually friendly, few people I know that work here so I'm keeping it light. Managers are friendly. Feel like the food quality has gone down tho.

Always super chaotic even though there isnt many people there, customer service is borderline acceptable they forgot my burger. When back in too ask about it which i had rude and very unfriendly girl at the countery practically throw it at me and say nothing. Boycot it.

This McDonalds is situated in a nice open area with lots of parking. Very neat and clean with polite staff and the food was well presented.

I was in the city last week and got a big mac meal, the big Mac bun was huge compared to the big Mac I bought tonight. The big Mac I bought tonight my as well been a small cheese burger as it wasn't much bigger than a small double cheese burger. It sucks that it was the same price as the huge big Mac I bought in the city! What a rip off and a joke! Not happy!

They forgot my order, was sitting in drive through at the front of the line for 15min at 6am, I was late to work order wasn't complicated, yet vehicle after vehicle got served before I did.. and once my food was served the employee, even though I tried to speak to him, ignored me and walked back inside. Absolutely pathetic.

Lived here for 2 years now and this is the worst Maccas I’ve ever been to. They always get my order wrong and their customer service is atrocious, be prepared to wait 10 mins in waiting by if you go drive through as well.

Everytime I customise my burger I always take pickles off and they still put them on there sometimes extra and when I order nuggets let’s say 20 I only get 17 or 18

After having to repeat myself 4 times after I said something very simple, drink was still made incorrectly and am not impressed. Shouldn’t need to repeat myself that many times and STILL receive the wrong drink.

Well located store in Morwell, clean and tidy with spotless toilets on our visit on a busy weekday lunchtime.Drive through, indoor and outdoor seating, party function areas and multistorey indoor children's playground and McCafe.Friendly staff, quick service as expected.Burgers were fresh and chips crispy and hot. Even though quite busy we were served fairly quickly with only a short queue, and pleased that meals were actually delivered directly to our table.A few hours later on the same day, our coffees were spot on, and the Apple pie was piping hot and crispy.All our orders were spot on, and we were pleasantly surprised at how politely and quickly an adjacent tables orders, that had something missing, was attended to with a sincere sounding apology from the staff and the missing items delivered to the table in less than a minute.When travelling this is what we like to see and expect, rapid, friendly service, freshly made food, spotless rest rooms and an overall clean and well maintained store and exterior.

I had a horrible experience today. I had ordered a coffee via my Macca's app. I had been to this MacDonald's many times and had spent a lot of money there over the years. I moved up to the window to collect my order. After waiting there about 2 min without anyone speaking to me a women asked me to move around to the waiting bay. Behind her I could see that it looked like my coffee was ready. I said to her i think my coffee is begind you. Without turning around to check she told me in a very condescending way just move around to the waiting bay". I was shocked at her demeanour. I told her I wasn't moving. The manager then came over to me and told me to move without asking any questions. I told her I didn't t want to move as the lady I spoke to had been rude to me. She told me to "move my car". I told her I was upset that the lady was rude to me. She said "she wasn't rude to to you" move your car or I will refund your order. Then a male worker then brought me my coffee that had been sitting on a bench the whole time. I have dash cam footage of the whole thing. I will never go back there."
