Salt is a beautiful studio! The instructors are friendly, personalised and create such a nice atmosphere to work out in. The studio is really close to my house which is great and there are a wide range of class times which really suits my lifestyle! Highly recommend

Hands down, without a doubt the best reformer pilates studio I have ever been to. Bec and her team are absolute professionals and every class is varied, fun and I am always learning something new. I started going to Align classes when I found out I was pregnant and all the instructors made me feel comfortable and safe throughout my pregnancy.

I've tried quite a few Pilates studios and absolutely love Salt Pilates.The instructors are all extremely knowledgable and they make the classes fun.I initially joined as was visiting my Osteo fortnightly to deal with back issues and am happy to say that I've not been back for a treatment in over six months!

Beautiful boutique reformer pilates studio just off the main street in Balaclava. If the gorgeous light filled space doesn’t make you instantly fall in love, then the welcoming instructors definitely will. I’ve never had a bad class with all ages and abilities welcome - truely embodying that pilates is for everyone!

I love Salt Pilates! The instructors are super informative and will correct you if you’re not doing something correctly. The class is very intimate (only 8 beds) so it’s not to overwhelming. I highly recommend.

Salt Pilates Studio
This is by far the best, most intimate Pilates studio in Melbourne. I have tried many other places before and always felt like I was missing the personal connection, and Salt is just IT. Every single instructor notices me and my progress and I feel excited to get up in the morning to go to class, which I never felt before. Bec, the owner, is obviously passionate about Pilates and you can tell by how well she designed the space and the atmosphere. The natural light in the morning, the equipment, the colors... It's all absolutely gorgeous. Would give this studio 10 start if I could.

Salt Pilates Studio
Have been going here for a few months and have loved every class! The instructors are fantastic and make sure you have the correct posture for every exercise. Each class only has 8 spots which makes it a really personal experience. Im so glad I found this Studio!
