Sam from Sales was absolutely brilliant and hayde in the installation was amazing too. The installation of the panels was seamless and without hassles at all, with the team being here early in the morning and fast. Would definitely recommend them for everyone.

Went with this lot due to price and sales talk of quick installation time.Been over a month with numerous mails, calls and communication that me, I, the customer had to continuously follow up on with constant excuses or no response.Today, finally after me following up, again. I'm told they can't do the install as the roof pitch is too much but they've never been out here in person to see the house. Yet I've had 3 other solar companies who came out in person before signing us up, look at the roof and have no issue with the roof pitch. 3. As well as myself climbing up there with them to look.This is frankly just an excuse now that we're coming to the end of the year.If you like being stuffed around and your time wasted, go with this lot.

Happy with the quality of their service. The electricians are fast and efficient. Sam, the sales representative, are very helpful and responsive to my calls and emails. Thank you for providing me a very affordable and quality Solar. Highly recommended!

Archer solar was recommended to us buy one of our friend. We had the archer solar team install two 13.3kw on both of our properties in forest lake. The process was absolutely seamless from first contact to installation and to post installation. Highly recommend archer solar and we would be using them again next year for one of our under construction property.

Terrible customer service provided and product. I have emailed Sam numerous times about the inverter not working at our property and our power bill if anything has gotten slightly bigger.I also tried calling their phone number and spoke with Hayden about the inverter and panels not working correctly which he told me he isn’t at his computer right now and to email him the error messages we are getting and he would get back to me in 30 minutes, which he has not….This morning I tried spam calling their phone number and tried sending another email and both with no reply. Since installation 3-4 months ago I have had 0 benefit from these panels and the service makes it impossible to be resolved.Do not go with this company! I believe they are paying people to do false reviews because never dealt with a worse company in my life.

Great experience from start to finish. Was installed within a week from calling the sales team. Installers arrived on time and were completed before midday. The electrician was friendly and happy to answer any of my questions and gave me honest and good recommendations regarding batteries for the future. They did a very neat and tidy job and I am very happy with the outcome.

Fantastic customer service and great value for money. Communication was also excellent and they even went the extra mile in replacing a few broken tiles they came across during the installation. A few little snags at the end (but that can be expected with any installation) but the Archer Solar team closed them all out and the system is working great generating over 60kWh in Spring! Highly recommend!!!

The installation experience was fantastic. It was only a matter of days between putting my deposit down to getting install. The staff were incredibly friendly and all for a fantastic price. I would definitely recommend Archer Solar

Superb company for your solar requirements, No pressure sales pitches, highly recommended. Installer even spent time troubleshooting a fault on a separate system for a faulty inverter that was underperforming. Secured a new inverter for me from the manufacturer.Well done to the team at Archer.

Very disappointed with this company. I was quoted for an install several weeks ago and paid a deposit as requested. Went through the usual thing of checking the area and roof on google maps. They said it was all good. Called several times and was given various excuses for the install not starting. At no time was I informed of any issues. Called today and Sam informed me they had looked at the install again and it was too complex for them and they will return my deposit. All this time wasted. Not good enough.!!!
