Really impressed with starting from placing the order to the installation. Customer support is really great with proper updates for any query to the product and installation. Really worth to have this smart lock, now no more having physical keys, just the passcode, key tag & finger print all set to go.

The SAMSUNG SHP-DP609 is a beautiful addition to our new home. Works perfect with digital codes, smart tags, app and even the finger prints. Kids love using the finger print scanner option. Allows them easy access at all times.I've associated the app and features with both my Google Home, Apple and Alexa devices

Purchased door lock at Bunnings and had my builder installed it so I cannot comment on service but the door lock itself is awesome.It is very responsive with fingerprint access, I can unlock it from miles away, it's functionality is also very nice and it notifies me every time it has been opened and closed.

Great experience. Bought the DR708 2 months before the door could be installed. The team booked the appointment in, organised the installer for the day of the door installation, and kept me updated. Due to unforeseen reasons the installer had to rebook to the next available slot but I couldn't be there on the rescheduled day, so i asked them to just go ahead because it was an empty house under renovation anyway. The installer did an great job with the communication and made no false promises about when he can or cannot be there. Happy customer!Tran P
