Although there's occasional glitches, the speed is generally satisfying and connections stable.I personally find it a bit hard and frustrating to set up automatically log-in devices and the modem, but, with the help of the supporting service, I've managed to solve those problems within one or two days.Though the support sometimes don't answer my call quickly, they did reply emails within one or two workdays.One thing worth mentioning is that I signed up, got the modem delivered and internet connected in the same day!

I emailed Rocket at 4pm and had my service installed by 7pm on the same day. Great service and very good product! The internet service is extremely fast! I had 100mbps NBN from one of the big providers and the speed wasn't near as fast!

A first class experience commenced when I called Shane to price a connection for 10+ offices. Pricing is excellent and installation proceeded without an issue. Performance is great. I would thoroughly recommend Rocket .

Rocket were outstanding from day one! We were unable to get quality high speed internet in our area, Rocket provided an easy to understand solution and road map to installation. We personally have never experienced an outage with Rocket. I see no reason to look anywhere else. High speed, reliability, support when needed. Value for money...Strongly recommend

Encountered a few issues along the way of purchasing and installing Rocket Broadband, however after calling their service line, problems are solved quickly and efficiently. The staff was very friendly with exceptional professionalism, which made the overall user experience great！

Excellent service, i got hooked up within 2 days during the pandemic. Have not had a single drop out and the internet speed js fantastic. My previous provider was Optus which was slow and regularly interrupted.. Highly recommended

My partner and I are owner-occupiers in an apartment block less than a kilometre from the local exchange and yet we had been putting up with download speeds which were often much less than what our ISP were supposed to be providing us with. One day in sheer frustration I had just had enough so I got online, did some research and quickly found the Rocket Networks website.Initially, I had a lot of questions I needed to get answers to. In particular, we had a Body Corporate meeting coming up and I wanted to discuss the possibility of getting Rocket Networks to come in and install their fixed wireless internet. In the end, I asked Shane Dickinson from Rocket Networks to attend the meeting so that he could field any questions the other owners may have had. Suffice to say, the other owners saw it as a no-brainer since Shane had assured us that the technology would be installed at no cost to the owners.Suffice to say, less than a month after our Annual General meeting, Shane and his team came in and installed their fixed wireless internet and my partner and I are now enjoying much faster upload and download speeds than we did previously. Rocket Networks were great.I have nothing but praise for the great service I received from Shane and the team at Rocket Networks. Not only did Shane happily attend our Annual General meeting but he patiently answered the various questions I asked him in emails and text messages. He was friendly, patient, helpful but most of all he was always professional. In short, I have no hesitation in recommending the team at Rocket Networks.

Terrible service, slow speeds and no 24 hour or weekend tech support.Seems convenient, but in the long run the broadband service is low speeds with inconsistent and patchy connections constantly.Would only recommend if you enjoy headaches and not being able to use the internet when you need itI will add that not only was the connection and network terrible, the customer service was rude, unprofessional and dismissiveNever had so many troubles with a real provider that has the resources to actually fix problems for clients, rather than blaming them or making excuses
