The face care that I receive from Elevate Beauty and Serene is amazing. From the quality of the products to the face treatments. I always leave with a fresh and glowing face with long lasting results. The Peptide face treatment is my favourite. I wouldn’t go anywhere else.

I don't usually write reviews but need to write one after today's experience!!Today I had a Cocoa enzyme facial and all I can say is that it was the most relaxing facial experience I have had. Carly was professional, caring and took my skins needs into consideration. Which is a big plus for me. I didn't feel rushed at all either. I loved it how she also took the time out after to explain my skin type and what cleansers and moisturizers I should be using. All up 10/10 experience. ♡

Beautiful owner who is really passionate and knowledgeable about all things beauty. She takes her time to get to know you and your skin. Carly can do everything from a relaxing meditative massage through to an energising pick me up facial. She knows what to do to help anyone with skin issues but more than anything she loves and truly cares about you and getting to know her clients ♥️

Went in for a facial and back massage. Both treatments were very professional and relaxing. My back massage was particularly Amazing. The best I have ever had. I visited Carly for the first time tonight after finding her page on Google and booking an appointment. Making an appointment was super easy, with lots of times being offered. From the moment I walked into the salon, Carly made me feel very welcomed and comfortable. The set-up of the salon is amazing and you instantly feel relaxed. Carly was very attentive to what I was after and was very through with her work! I will definitely be going back and highly recommend her services.

I was super impressed with the care and attention I received at my facial appointment today at Elevate Beauty and Serene. Carly welcomed me in with a friendly smile. First Impressions count so much! She truly is great! She was very tentative and thorough on explaining with detail what she was doing and what products she was using on my face. I felt relaxed and at ease. I have been a client of this business for 4 years. A new salon has just been opened and the space is very very comfortable and relaxing.Carly the owner is exceptional.She is very professional and knows exactly how to look after her clients. My treatments include:Eyebrow tinting and waxing. Deluxe facials and massage.My 13 year old grand-daughter is also an occasional client. Carly moves so easily between our different ages - from a 73 year old to a fresh faced 13 year old.I’d like to think that we have become friends over the last few years and I certainly intend on returning to Carly’s new salon for future treatments (even though it involves more travelling time).I highly recommend Carly and her business and I’m always in a hurry to return for my 2 hour, monthly treatment.Do yourself a favour and make an appointment - soon.Kathy C - Leabrook

Carly is friendly, well informed and very passionate about her business, which is making sure her customers get the care and products they need. I started out just having my eyebrows and lashes tinted, but Carly is now helping me to make sure my skin is cared for properly.
