We would highly recommend Abbey Thermalboards. From the start to the finish it was seamless and they were happy to work around our working. We had Dirk that come and gave a free measure and quote he was good to deal he was very informative and patient without being pushy for us to sign a contract answering all our questions and concerns with the upmost professional manner. We also liked the safeguard payment plan that protects us with us holding back 50% of the final contract amount to make sure we are completely happy with the end result.We had Rick Grayfower ( a one man band ) come and install the Vinyl Cladding what a absolute pleasure to have at our place. His craftmanship is impecabble, his professionalism is second to none and I would NOT hesitate in recommending Rick to anyone in our local vicinity. Fantastic company - really looked after us through the whole process. Everyone from the office to the warehouse and our installers worked really hard to ensure we had a result we were happy with. The product is great and has totally transformed the look of our house. The exterior of my house was pretty poor. Wood was starting to rot, paint was peeling, extensions that had been added before we bought the house were obvious and it was truthfully quite ugly. Abbey has given my home a real facelift and i couldn't be happier with the results. There were a few communication hiccups and delays along the way but i wouldn't change a thing because my home looks simply amazing and far exceeds all my expectations.Dean was a pleasure to deal with - he was always on time, courteous and addressed all my questions and concerns with a smile and a simple explanation. Nothing was too difficult and he went out of his way to make sure i was happy with his work. He is a credit to the company. My house was not an easy install but i feel he saw it as a challenge to overcome.To anyone out there considering their options regarding external renovations I'd strongly encourage you to give Abbey a call for a free quote. It certainly wasn't our cheapest option but all things it will not only save us money in the long run but was also the most visually appealing. No painting and increased insulation, win-win.

We would highly recommend Abbey Thermal Boards. We found the salesman, David, very informative, answered all our questions clearly and was most helpful with suggestions re: colour and trim. The installers, Terry and Blake, were excellent, professional and courteous. Terry, a long term employee of Abbey, obviously takes pride in his work and ensures everything is done to a high standard. The end result was above our expectations and it has transformed the appearance of our house. David even called after the completion of the job to ensure we were pleased with the result. Bonus - no more painting!

Edit: I have edited from 1 to 3 stars.Abbey ended up upholding original contract. Our installer did a great job and the house and boards look amazing.Signed contract and advised of ETA for when we want to go ahead. No problems. Contacted them in June as per our discussed timeframe, replied with go ahead and ordering product. Month later received email from director that they our cancelling our contract and if we would like to renew a new contract it will be an increased price. There is not clause in contract to allow this. This is completely illegal as per contract, been emailing back and forth for 2mths to sort this out. They just keep trying to come up with reasons to blow us off.

We would highly recommend Abbey Thermalboards. I saw a newly completed house in our town and emailed them for a quote. Within 2 days we had a visit from Pete (who was in our area) & measured and quoted. Prior to this he gave me a list of completed homes in our town. Spoke to a local lady who had hers done 20 YEARS ago - and still looks like it was freshly painted - she also had outstanding comments about workmanship & the company. The installers Mick & Steven turned up 5 weeks later with everything they needed - took less than 2 days to install on our 3 bedroom home. They were lovely friendly guys where nothing was an issue and all our needs were met - including framing up and covering some glasses panels and a window. Very professional installers who worked non stop and did an amazing job... Now to make the rest of our house look so great. Thanks Abbey Thermalboards!

Frankly, the whole experience with Abbey has been positive, from first contact, quotation through to installation.The house was completed within the timeframe specified and the tradesman on the job couldn't have been more helpful.The end product exceeded my expectations. The silver lining......I don't have to paint ever again!I thoroughly recommend Abbey Thermalboards.

We had the pleasure of dealing with Abbey Thermalboards in the beginning of 2018.Our introduction to the company was by a representative visiting ate our request to conduct a measure and quote. He was professional, polite and an outstanding representative for the company. We were so impressed with the quote we signed up immediately.Our cladding was a large job however it was completed without fuss by Dan despite the very hot weather. Dan completed the work by himself and did an outstanding job. We are very pleased with Dan, he was brilliant.The actual product is outstanding. We noticed an obvious change to the temperature of the house with the cladding and a change to outside noise due to the insulating properties. We are very happy with the product and service provided approaching 12 months later.I highly recommend this company.

Our new look house looks fantastic and the whole process from quote to delivery and installaton went very smoothly. The installer did a very neat job, was fast, very polite and cleaned up the mess beautifully. We have no hesitation in recommending Abbey Thermalboards.
