First of all, they charge a very fair price for a quality work. Then they listen to your need as well. I like to keep my dogs nail as short as possible and they do it for you. I have been there twice and both are pleasant experience. I will definitely be a regular customer.

Willard is very shiny and looks very handsome. They did a good job and were fast considering his size.

The staff are always so friendly here. They take such good care of my dog and he always looks so good after his trim.

This is for the Waterloo location. I had an appointment for dog today for a full groom. (15/04/23).I get there and told they don’t do full grooms for double coats; which is strange as this is my second time booking with Puppucino Waterloo. Also, they had a week since my booking request to lmk so I could cancel but they didn’t.The service was subpar, I paid $75 for a wash. They didn’t clip or tidy my dog or clip his nails.The woman at the front was rude and most likely racist as I’m not Chinese.I highly do not recommend coming here and will dispute the charge with my bank.If you can’t communicate with customers then you shouldn’t be a customer facing business especially if you suddenly try to default and act like you suddenly don’t speak English.Again, I had a great first experience but today was the worst customer experience I’ve had in 9 years here in Sydney.As you can see by the screenshots, my booking for services accepted and breed of my dog listed.

They did an awesome job on our girls will definitely be using them in the future ☺️ also a big plus was our girls were so chilled when we picked them up, so they had an awesome experience as well and that's the main thing.oh and loved the bandana's so cool.

I bought my dog Stark here for a nail clip as his nails were quite sharp and getting caught on the carpet after his full groom earlier this week. The staff did a great job, Stark was very nervous when we got there but they were very nice and helped calm him down. it was a super quick process. Would absoloutely come back again.

Louis had his first major grooming and he is very wriggly. I cannot recommend the great staff anymore, they were so professional they had Louis groomed to perfection in what I can imagine were difficult circumstances, he smells great, was super happy when I picked him up and looks amazing. Cannot recommend higher.

Willow had the best time at the puppy spa! The workers were friendly, efficient and followed all my requests for her cut. She can be hostile, a little aggressive and weary of strangers but the two workers were able to get the job done and even got to a point where her muzzle was off, which is huge. Willow smells divine and she is so soft and clean! She will definitely be back :)
